Legal Information
These legal notices are published pursuant to Cameroonian Law No. 2010/021 of December 21, 2010, governing electronic commerce in Cameroon, and Law No. 2010/012 of December 21, 2010, relating to cybersecurity and cybercrime. They apply to the IZIMOOVE website and all its services (hereinafter "the Platform").

3. Nature du service
IZIMOOVE is an online booking platform for tourism services (transport, accommodation, car rentals, tours, restaurants, and events). The platform also offers advertising and online payment collection services. The Publisher acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the contracts concluded between Users. Detailed terms of use are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
4. Intellectual Property
The "IZIMOOVE" brand, the logo, the visual identity, the site structure, the text, the visuals, the databases, and all elements comprising the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners specifically, MO SOLUTIONS SARL.
Platform Users therefore acknowledge that, in the absence of prior written authorization from the Publisher, any reproduction - in whole or in part - and any dissemination or use of one or more of these elements (even if modified) may result in legal action being taken against them by the Publisher or its successors in title.
The unauthorized inclusion, integration, or use of MO SOLUTIONS’ intellectual property in any artificial intelligence (AI) tool or platform—including, but not limited to, generative language models such as ChatGPT—is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of MO SOLUTIONS. This prohibition extends to any derivative works, adaptations, or modifications of MO SOLUTIONS’ content created using artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning algorithms. Any violation of this prohibition will result in the immediate suspension of the violator’s access to the JED Immo & Invest Platform and the revocation of any mandates, where applicable, and may lead to severe legal action. MO SOLUTIONS reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including, but not limited to, seeking injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use and claiming monetary damages for intellectual property infringement and associated losses.
Listings, descriptions, and visual materials posted online by Offerors remain the responsibility and, where applicable, the property of said Offerors, who guarantee their lawfulness.
5. Responsibility
The Publisher makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published, although it cannot guarantee the completeness or total absence of errors in the content provided by the Offerors. Users are advised to verify any critical information (legal status of the property, title deed, price, availability) before entering into any commitment. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the Platform or for events constituting *force majeure*.
6. Reporting illegal content
In accordance with applicable law, any user may report manifestly unlawful content (fraudulent listings, infringement of third-party rights, prohibited content) to info@mosolutionsltd.com. The Publisher undertakes to process reports diligently and, where appropriate, to remove the content in question.
7. Governing law
These legal notices are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the Cameroonian courts in the city of Douala, failing an amicable settlement within thirty (30) days of notification of the dispute.
8. Minors
The Platform is not intended for minors. Only persons with the legal capacity to enter into contracts will be authorized to hold an account on the Platform.
